By accessing and using FreshenAir's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

FreshenAir provides professional air conditioning cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in South Australia. Our services include internal component cleaning, filter cleaning, and performance checks.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. The first clean special offer of $49 is valid for new customers only and includes one air conditioning unit. Additional units are charged at the standard rate. Payment is due upon completion of service.

5. Service Area

Our services are currently available in South Australian postcodes starting with 5. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area.

6. Liability

FreshenAir carries full insurance and takes every precaution to ensure quality service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to air conditioning units or damage resulting from manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to all air conditioning units to be cleaned. This includes ensuring ladders or access equipment can be safely positioned if required. Customers must inform us of any known issues with their units before service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

FreshenAir reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes via email or through our website.
